4. Excessive undissolved water in filter-separator effluent fuel samples.
Step 1. Drain water from sump (1) more frequently by turning drain valve handle (2) on drain valve (3) to the
open position. Refer to para 2-6.
Step 2. If water in effluent samples still high, close up-stream and down-stream valves to isolate filter-
separator from system and notify unit maintenance.
