WARNING
Do not operate the filter/separator unit until it has been connected to a suitable
ground. A static discharge could ignite the fuel or cause an explosion of the fuel
vapor.
Do not smoke or use open flame in vicinity of filter/separator. Use protective
equipment to prevent skin and eye contact with fuel.
Make sure fire extinguishers and fire fighting equipment are available in the
immediate area. Be extremely careful when using a fire extinguisher in an
enclosed area. Provide adequate ventilation.
a. Make sure that the manual drain gate valve (1) is closed. Make sure isolation gate valve (6) is open
