Lift up on thumb lever (14).
Install a filled nitrogen
cylinder (18), and lower
thumb lever (14).
Press in on handle locking pin (16) and lower
handle (1 7).

a. Install arming pin (19) to secure thumb lever (14) and handle (1 7).
b. Install a new sealing wire (20) (page 2-7) to secure the arming pin
(19), thumb lever (14), and handle (17).
