b. Repair. (figure 4-18)
(1) Remove screw (1) and clamp (2).
(2) Remove wire (3) from grounding rods (4).
WARNING
Drycleaning solvent PD-680 used to clean parts is potentially
dangerous to personnel and property. Avoid repeated and
prolonged skin contact. Do not use near open flame or
excessive heat. Flash point of solvent is 100 - 138 (38 -
F
600C).
(3) Clean grounding rod (4) with drycleaning solvent. Repair or replace wire, clamps and rods as
necessary.
(4) Install wire (3) on grounding rods (4).
(5) Secure with clamp (2) and screw (1).
